Petit Four Footstool

I just had a worn and ratty footstool recovered, using thrifted floral fabric and a little candy-striped yardage from the store.


We all think it looks like some sort of silly confection, which to me is a good thing!


The cats love it too.

    Anna,

    My children started birdwatching after seeing Giles's beautiful pictures and Felix's amazing drawings of birds. We live in Northern Louisiana, and saw a Greater Roadrunner yesterday. I thought Felix might be interested in the post.

    Besides the fact that the fabric makes that footstool adorable, the name you gave it is even better! I need to find myself a ratty footstool, I think!
