You don't know me at all and I only visit your blog every now and then, but the very essence of your blog...the pictures, the homeschooling, the vintage everything, the simplicity...is so refreshing. Though I hardly know you, I admire you and just wanted you to know that someone notices that you have successfully chosen a life counter-culture to the wild and crazy world in which we live. ReplyDeleteThanks for turning us on to Grace Livingston Hill! My 15 year old daughter and I have been devouring her books since you first introduced us to them. we get our vintage fix from them. We've laughed together at the provocative cover illustrations on some of our reprinted paperbacks which have nothing whatsoever to do with the actual plot! Marketing!
