Daisy sent another edition of the Animal News to the printer this weekend after the neighbors' goat Ruby had three babies on Friday and then Pearl had two on Saturday.
It just doesn't get more exciting than that.
Especially when these babies are the size of kittens (chicken included in photo for scale).
Baby Goats are the sweetest things ever!! Daisy obviously loves them to bits!
ReplyDeleteIt is such a blessing to have baby goats nearby. I miss seeing ours boinging and prancing around the field. We enjoyed some "lamb" scotch broth soup for dinner on Sunday from our last batch of wethers.
ReplyDeleteSo small! And cute.

Daisy is a girl after my own heart. I would be over there visiting them all the time. They are so teeny and sweet!

Oh my! A kid! <3
ReplyDeleteO this is the icing on the cake...this weekend, my farmer and I went out with friends for an after-v-day meal together...when we returned, they introduced us to their newest family member...a newborn pigmy goat...she was so precious, I wanted to eat her up. The farmer and I have been discussing an addition of a goat since Saturday...it's going to happen for sure within the next two years...thanks for sharing the sweetness!
ReplyDeleteOhh,they're sooo Cute!
ReplyDeleteAWWWWW!!! :)
ReplyDeleteYou're kidding. My daughters are named Ruby and Pearl. I hope they don't give birth to goats one day (even though those goats are so awfully cute).
ReplyDeleteAww! So cute!
ReplyDeleteDid Daisy type a newspaper article on her new friends? I remember when the spools of thread were her friends. I suppose she has moved in to animals. The goats (and Daisy) are so sweet!
