Chocolate Pudding on the Way




Daisy had been asking for chocolate pudding. It's quick to make, gluten-free, and so very chocolatey.

  2. My youngest recently had his wisdom teeth out and consequently ate massive amounts of pudding. When making yours, do you use chips, Bakers, or powdered cocoa?

  3. I have a collection of pudding recipes - different flavors. It was quite a long time before I realized that you don't *have* to put in any egg, except for color. I haven't made any lately - wonder how it would be made with almond milk.

  4. I am going to try this once we're able to do dairy again (avoiding it now as we recover from illness). It seems a little incongruous with all the snow on the ground outside, but at the same time: chocolate is always comfort food.
