My youngest recently had his wisdom teeth out and consequently ate massive amounts of pudding. When making yours, do you use chips, Bakers, or powdered cocoa?
I have a collection of pudding recipes - different flavors. It was quite a long time before I realized that you don't *have* to put in any egg, except for color. I haven't made any lately - wonder how it would be made with almond milk.
I am going to try this once we're able to do dairy again (avoiding it now as we recover from illness). It seems a little incongruous with all the snow on the ground outside, but at the same time: chocolate is always comfort food.
Looks so good! I will have to try the recipe some time!
