Evening in the Library
We had a rainy evening, and there we were, curled up on our velvet couches under the skylights in the library, reading by lamplight. It was my whole dream for this space.
I don't think I've ever read about a family who lives such a charming life! Your family seems perfect, your home seems perfect, your gifts and talents are perfect - what a blessing. : )
How satisfying for you, after so much hard work. A new space! I imagine it will be especially cozy in winter. (or, in such winters as you get, ahem.) ;-) couldn't resist that
Down to the angle of the ceiling it looks perfect!
ReplyDeleteDreams/plans do come true sometimes. Looks so inviting.
ReplyDeleteOh my! Its perfect!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it lovely when dreams become reality.

Mary, you surely know that we aren't anything like perfect, right?!
ReplyDeleteLisa, we do have winters--that's why I make all the quilts :)
Rose, the ceiling has finally gone from being a drawback to being an asset. Yes!
I guess "perfect" wasn't the perfect word! LOL Maybe I should have stopped at charming. : ) It all just looks so comfortable.
ReplyDeleteMary, that's a compliment I would accept :)
ReplyDeleteCan we see a picture of the books in the library?
