Lilacs are one of my favorite flowers. Just the other day I was pining away at the thought of us living in our first home that didn't have access to bushes to flower our house with. :-( So, I got the lilac bowl that my husband bought me before we were married down off the shelf and put it as a centerpiece on the table.
Hi Anna-I've lurked for a few months now. I just wanted to say how much I enjoy your blog. So much so that I've linked to you today. (I hope you don't mind, and if you do, just let me know and I'll retract the link)
I hope your son enjoys his birding trip. I live in the Rio Grande Valley and it is amazing the birds we have here!
Lilacs are my favorite flower! A sure sign that spring is in the air!
