They look so fresh and pretty. I love milk glass and enjoy seeing plants, but for some reason have a plant phobia about my own home, and imagine the plants growing huge at night and entangling everything they can reach! :)
You must have wonderful thrift stores in your area! I hardly ever find anything so wonderful here.
I can't even tell you how I found your blog, but I did! So nice to meet a fellow homeschool mom with older children. I graduated my first in '07, and I have an 11th grader and a 7th grader to go.
I inherited all of my grandmother's milk glass. What a beautiful idea!
Gorgeous, gorgeous stuff! I'm visiting from the link at Rocks in My Dryer--what a find! Beautiful photography, great ideas! And how incredible, the matching button to your vintage robe--how great! Blessings!
Lovely! Like Mrs., I've been left with a nice collection of milk glass (mostly vases), belonging to my (still living) grandmother and my great-grandmother. I don't have it with me now, but I'll enjoy displaying it in a future home.
This looks very pretty!
ReplyDeleteThis is totally unrelated, but I just made my first scones---I LOVE them!! They have raisins in them and are so yummy!
ReplyDeleteIt just made me think of you.
