Sweet friend Jody is a true farmgirl. She raises baby-face sheep, boutique goats, and assorted domestic fowl. And makes it look like so much fun!
Today's itinerary: a catch-up tour of the farm, that famous Tiny Town barbecue (the Composer ordered a *dinner* at *lunch*--he says he's "in training"!), and enough time at the antique mall to scout out two delicious aprons. Giant-size appliqued strawberries, anyone?
Oh man! Now that's right up my alley. I'm heading to a fellow farmgirl's place this week to get my farm fix. No doubt the fellowship will be great too!
ReplyDeleteThat looks like a great day. I could go for a day on the farm myself.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I can never find vintage aprons when I thrift-I wish I could!
How fun Anna! I desire so much to live on a farm. Until then I will be content watching our neighbors cows, goats and sheep :) Would love to see your aprons!
ReplyDeleteHave a beautiful day and as always thanks for sharing :)

ReplyDeleteMany Blessings~
On the subject of giant strawberry aprons, are you going to be selling these in your etsy shop? They sound adorable.
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like a lovely day to me. It is so hot here right now outdoor things are a bit of a challenge. But I will enjoy being outdoors vicariously :-)
ReplyDeleteThe Composer sounds a lot like my husband, who frequently justifies astonishingly large meals with "I'm in training!"
ReplyDeleteyeah.
