A Loaf Cake
Bella made this Madeira Cake from her favorite Nigella cookbook. I just glanced at the recipe--no madeira, just a crusty lemony loaf with a little lemon zest and a beautiful sugar topping.
Looks scrumptious!
ReplyDeleteVery yummy looking. Which Nigella book? I'm a bit of a fan of hers, so any excuse to add another of her books to my collection is never a trial.
ReplyDeleteI want some of that!!!
ReplyDeleteWould that be How to Be a Domestic Goddess? I really like that book.
