  1. Absolutely. What's the point of going out and buying more food if what you have is going to waste? Funny, I looked at her surname and saw Re-Using... I think I'm a bit obsessed at the moment...

  2. That's the best way to cook - the problem with a cookbook along those lines would be, her recipes are using what she's got hanging around, and you need to know what to do with what you've got hanging around, right?

    Or maybe she's giving good all-around advice. Is she?
