I've been enjoying Meatless as a library book, enough to plan to buy it for my own kitchen. I find that my gluten-free cooking runs very much on the plain side. Meat. Veggies. Salad. All gluten-free but sadly, kind of boring. This cookbook has lots and lots of wonderful GF stuff that, while maybe intended as a vegetarian main course, will make a fantastic addition to our table of very hungry eaters.
We have many cookbooks where I work, but I haven't seen that one - nice cover.

I have been *trying* to make meatless meals every other day but am finding my 3 teenagers are not getting full. I'll see if my library has this cookbook. I have your pumpkin soup on my menu plan for this week with salad and biscuits. Do you find yourself purchasing a much larger quantity of produce?
