Anna, what an astonishing display of gorgeous handiwork! I scrolled up and down through the post several times, trying to decide which one of the quilts is my favorite; but then I gave up. It's too hard a task to choose just one out of all that beauty!
They are all so beautiful, Anna. I'm hoping to make an Anna-inspired log cabin quilt myself this year, in blues or greys and white. Something fresh and restful to the eyes.
It'll be interesting to see what gorgeousness you produce in 2015. Happy New Year! D
Absolutely love the second one....light blue and lilac have always seemed like a perfectly matched pair, in my mind. I must have missed it the first time around. Thanks for sharing again!
Wow. What a beautiful collection. You inspire me to believe that someday I might just have time for more elaborate creative endeavors. Homeschooling grades 1,2,3,4,6, and 7, managing a toddler, and preparing for a new baby in March means my guitar stays in its case (I'll finally learn when they're out of the house??), the knitting remains simple, and photos remain on the computer (to be scrapbooked someday?)
Happy New Year Anna to you, The Composer and all the family from where it is (already) the New Year.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy your quilt retrospectives.
