Ah, Paint!
At last the floors are dry enough to satisfy even the highly conservative-when-it-comes-to-paint-job-safety Composer, and we've moved all our stuff back in.
I love painted floors. I think they're way underutilized and underrated. At my last house, I had a living room and dining room floor that were a beautiful warm peach.
I love the color--are they cream--off white? They don't appear to be a stark white. Did you use acrylic or oil? I am considering painting the pine floors upstairs in my house. The Benjamin Moore dealer recommended their new Advance Floor paint - dries like a hard oil finish, but cleans up with water! Maybe I could do it!
well worth the wait.
ReplyDeleteVery nice color. The floors are smooth and beautiful. Composer did a good job.
ReplyDeleteThat it is.

ReplyDeleteThey are a pale tan--it's a standard floor color from BM. Something sand?
