ReplyDeleteBeautiful! What stitch do you use for the embroidery? It looks much smoother than a backstitch. I tried zooming in but couldn't tell. I'd love to add embroidery to my quilts.
ReplyDeleteMy Pastor's wife assigned this Psalm to me to memorize before I was baptized. It has been truth to cling to in some of the best and most difficult times. Like your quilt, it is beautiful. Thanks for being the bearer of a God wink, Anna!

ReplyDeleteI'm a bit late to the party here but I'd also like to know the embroidery stitch. I've just finished my first quilt top and I have some time before the backing fabric arrives and can move onto the next step...perhaps I can occupy my time by embroidering something onto it...
