I love your table and benches! Is this the table you eat all your meals at? I have a big family as well, 6 children,and we are in need of a bigger table! I am always on the look out for what might work in our home.

Your dining room is inspiring - but I'm even more inspired by the picture of your son reading in it. I'm exploring homeschooling for my 2 babes and have been enjoying your blog so much. It's a joy to read - thanks for posting!
We had a table with long benches for many years--great memories!
What I love most is your finding your son in a "quiet moment."
