Spotting Herons
Felix has discovered a pair of nesting yellow-crowned night-herons. They live in a tree in a swamp near the trail where the Composer runs several times a week. Just keeping an eye on them here.

That is so exciting! We spotted our first Great Blue Heron in Minnesota yesterday.
We check the Pleasant View Birder sight for updates now and then since we have a 6 year old who is very interested in birds this spring.
