Soft Trees in Soft Colors

I think these little trees have such charm. I didn't run across them until after Christmas last year, but I made a mental note to make some this year.

I did two sets--one is pale green, all the same. The other is three different shades of neutral linen. One of those has silk ribbon embroidery on it, one is beaded with gold beads, and the third has vintage mother-of-pearl buttons.

Very tactilicious.

What a simple but beautiful idea.

Do you know where there is a free tutorial to learn how to do the silk embroidering on something?

How lovely! I so enjoy reading your blog. Whenever I am short on inspiration I come here and am instantly refreshed. Thank you!

How cute! Those little things are so sweet. Are you going to sell them...??

What a lovely idea! I might have to make a tiny forest of them for the top of my bookshelves.

And tactilicious is a wonderfully descriptive word!
