Anna, I just tagged you for a Meme (where did that word come from?)! Visit my blog at homemusings.blogspot.com for info on how to play. I understand that the object is to introduce more people to your blog.
I am all of a sudden addicted to your blog. My husband and I passed on an old school house that needed renovated and I am kicking myself. Domesticity is FABULOUS and you are at the top.
Anna, I love coming to your blog to see your beautiful pictures. I've only been blogging for about a week and today I received my first award. I have a little surprise for you on my blog. I'm sure you get awards all the time, but because I have so enjoyed your pictures and writing I am passing the award onto you.
I keep looking at this photo. I love the simplicity of it. I don't know why, but I'm always drawn to photos of simple, even rustic things. Not too much around it. Plain, but appealing. Even inspiring somehow.
The photography is always so beautiful. And the words-- however many or few-- that go with the pictures are perfect.
A friend of mine just pointed me to your blog, and I must say, I'm very impressed! It's a pleasure to see the beautiful works of your hands, and to get a glimpse into your life. Blessings, Jacqueline
Oh, I haven't stopped by in a while (blogged out, I guess ... or maybe just my family is). I had no idea you were going on vacation. Lovely ... simply lovely. I especially like the Daisy pondering shot. Enjoy! : )
hello ! im pretty new to your blog, but i love it !
this pictures just illustrates everything i dont know about. Im not a beach / sea / ocean kid. I first saw the sea when i was 14, and only 3 times since then. Its like an unknown world full of salty smells, pearly glasses of cold lemonade, little children running in the sand with their buckets, dry lips and messy hair. I love that pic !
I am an evangelical Christian. I have two daughters whom I homeschool: Bella (15), and Daisy (8), and three older children: Giles (21), a college graduate, Felix (19), a college junior, and Clara (17), a college freshman. I'm 42 years old and happily married to my Dear Composer. We live in a 1920's school converted into a home, outside of town. And God is good.
Feel free to Pin my photos, but please link back to the page you found them on.
Photography
Photography is an important part of life at my house. Photos that appear here are taken by Giles, by the Composer, and by me. Giles is a real, paid photographer, and he uses a Sony Alpha. Most of the photography prior to September 2008 is his. Since then I have done most of the shooting and I use a Konica Minolta. Additionally, the Composer offers me nice shots on occasion, often from his little Canon point and shoot. I've given up trying to note who's done what. Thanks for your interest!
