See that box Daisy's holding? Yeah, you just thought it was full of spools of thread. Really those are people. The pink family. The green family. And all the rest of Daisy's friends . . . .

She is just too precious, Anna! Love the little people in her case!
I so wish I had a green thumb. I HAVE kept one little geranium alive for a couple of months now, so that makes me happy.
Who needs dolls when you have spools of thread, I ask you? I love her imagination! I also adore that color of pink. It is simply perfect, and the dress is really amazing. Beautiful pictures! Thank you for sharing them.
Sometimes I'm a little slow on the uptake, but I noticed you categorized Daisy's dress in "knitting." Did you knit it? It is just perfect.
My sister told me the other day she is going to knit me a pair of socks using the striped yarn I had told her I thought was so cool! Yippee!!! (Remember, I'm a one-dishcloth knitter myself!)
I found your blog through another blog that I read. I so enjoy your blog. Your pictures are beautiful as well as your life. Your daughter Daisy melts my heart. Thank you for sharing with the rest of us.
Wow, daisy's hair is getting so long and pretty. Is the curl natural. Also, did you knit that dress yourself? That would have taken me some time to do. Have a great day! Salina
I was reading your comments thinking that surely someone would ask for the splendid pattern of a dress that every girl should have in her wardrobe....I should know I have a handknitted dress I bought in Ireland years ago. (Unfortunately, it is scratchy if the day isn't cold enough!) Would you at least share the source of the pattern? I would be ever so grateful and I am sure others would be too!

Oh she has such a grand imagination...and a very pretty dress.
Ah - a little girl after my own heart - wearing my favorite color with beautiful curls and a lovely imagination.
I love great imaginations in children!! She is just precious!

Daisy is too cute--and makes me long to have a little girl. But as I am pregnant with boy number 4...I'm not sure the Lord has that in store for me!
Adorable, Anna! And I love the Pink and Green family...I used to do that too. :-) Although it was with the shampoo bottles and not thread. LOL.

Oops! Looked a little farther down at your posts and noticed that you had posted that your mother made the dress.:)
Take care,
Salina
Wow! I missed the dress post altogether. Not sure how I did that. I thought I had read every single post here. :o)
VERY pretty dress, nonetheless! Your mom did an awesome job!
Thanks, Salina, for the little heads up. ;)
