A Loud and Happy New Year

New Year's Eve Party at the Schoolhouse! I just counted fifteen (I think) teenagers here to eat, play games, tease each other, burn a bonfire, and drink cider. Merriment til midnight, then a long bath for me!

In the morning I'll get right down to keeping two of my new resolutions: Make More Waffles and Enjoy Lots of Cut Flowers.

Happy New Year to everyone!

Happy New Year to you Anna and all your family. 2009 is already 13 hours old on the east coast of Australia but that does not lessen the warmth of my greeting.

I'm so glad I found your blog last year. Cheers, Rose

Tonight I made chicken wings in your citrus-honey-tamari-garlic marinade. It's a hit every time I make it. Happy New Year!

I'm with you on the waffles! In fact, I made a big batch for the stragglers who were still here this morning from our party last night. What better way to celebrate the first morning of a new year, right?
