The day has come when Bella can simply announce that she's going in the kitchen to do some baking, and come out later with a platter of yeast-risen, salt-glazed flatbreads.
I feel like I just got promoted to middle management.
Well, I'm sure you make a good taste tester, so maybe she will at least allow you to be Executive Taste Tester (since I'm sure there are many in your family)!
Tell Bella I am most impressed!!! Great job! Those are beautiful. Great job, Mom, too!
It is a wonderful moment, when your kids become useful. I realised this when I was unwell about 18 months ago and the girls were able to cook simple meals with minimal instruction from me.
Congratulations to both of you. Bella can grow into the chef that the Lord is cultivating her into, and you can get some assistance to allow you to get other things done. I cannot wait for the day that Gaelynn, my oldest emerges with a floured apron and a plate full of yeasty buns. Then again I am sure that with baby number four here now the days will begin to fly by ever so quickly.
Lucky you and lucky Bella, that is a very worthwhile accomplishment. My son makes bread too, and even clears up after himself quite efficiently. He also makes great frothy hot chocolate but we are still finding the places that went when the whizzing got a bit out of hand.
Anna and Bella, what blows me away is how professional that bread looks. Bella, can you please come to Australia and train me in making great looking bread? Mine tastes fine but always looks wonky. Well done! Rose
Not to spoil your fun, but don't get too comfy in your middle mgt position. These wonderful, talented girls grow up and get married (to fortunate and blessed husbands!) and leave their poor ol' moms to relearn all the skills that have grown rusty.
I'm relearning to cook after many years of being spoiled (and I must admit...It's kinda fun!)
I'm looking forward to my girls being in the kitchen cooking together one day...while not wishing away any of the present time. You are seeing the fruit of teaching your children and being with them, which does feel like such a blessing, doesn't it?
Bella, your bread looks so good that I worked up an appetite just looking at it. Really proud of you!! If you run out of tasters, let me know!!! Ms. Dale

You did get promoted, and send Bella this way!
Well done, Bella! We're working towards this at our place with our lot too;-) One day...

How fortunate you are to have such a capable girl!
Such accomplishment speaks clearly of excellent instruction! Well done to both Mama and daughter!

Isn't that a great feeling? My kids actually argue over who is going to make lunch! And that bread looks yummy!!
Beautiful bread! My daughter loves to cook...I look forward to the day I get promoted too :)
Good for Bella the Baker! Recipe please?
aaah, how I look forward to that! The bread looks wonderful!
That looks delicious! Good for Bella :)
Yes, do be gracious and post the recipe. Thank you
Must be a good feeling, though!
I wish I had a Bella of my own.
Take it as a blessing...now you don't have to do all the cooking! And if she enjoys it...that's a double plus.

Congrats, Bella. Your bread looks amazing!
Well Bella inspired me. I went and made some easy focaccia bread. Thanks Anna and Bella!

Well done, Bella. And how wonderful you have a great Mom as good role model.
Impressive!!
I love fresh, homemade bread.
I going to have to get myself one of those big girls. Just a few more years...
Those look fabulous!
