Green and Thrifty


Beautiful green wool sweater for Bella, vintage sewing booklet for me. Bouquet of mayapple leaves from the woods provided by Clara.

I used to have that same sewing booklet!!! I wonder if I've still got it stashed somewhere...I hardly ever throw anything away.

I have three copies that that same book. I use it all of the time. I am saving the extra books for my girls for when they have places of their own!

It is that green I always think of as "spring green" - so new and fresh.
I have that very booklet - which really dates me!!
