Goodness! I made two of those crewel embroidery pieces myself years ago. I dug them out and hung them in my daughters' bathroom when we repainted it years ago. They look so nice there. Have never tired of them.
I am a lover of crewel work as well and love the ones you find! I have been following your blog for a while and really enjoy it. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and photography. There is a sense of peace and beauty about them.
