Cake Lady: Fresh Coconut Cake
One whole coconut, grated onto clouds of seven-minute frosting, and pillowed into vanilla cake layers . . . good thing tonight was potluck at my house.

- I am an evangelical Christian. I have two daughters whom I homeschool: Bella (15), and Daisy (8), and three older children: Giles (21), a college graduate, Felix (19), a college junior, and Clara (17), a college freshman. I'm 42 years old and happily married to my Dear Composer. We live in a 1920's school converted into a home, outside of town. And God is good.

I'm to make a cake today for a certain little much loved dogs 7th Birthday. Yes, you read correctly even the animals have a birthday in our house. Your cake looks wonderful.
