On the Coffee Table Today

. . . a dozen red roses, a china sock monkey, two books with red spines, and a large cat.

Fitzwilliam is a mighty fine creature.

It's nice that you can put a vase on your coffee table! My kitten would have knocked that over within seconds! My coffee table usually has *someone's* folded laundry on it and a stray glass that they "forgot" to put in the sink! It's so much fun when the grown kids move back home...

Beautiful roses! Our cat will eat any flowers, but especially loves roses. She'll jump to any height to get them, except the mantel, which is just too high. Your cat must not have a taste for flowers. :-)

In spite of his bulk, Fitzwilliam is not much of an eater, and he doesn't chew on anything naughty except the wires to earbuds.

Beautiful setting, is it your anniversary?

Out of curiosity, what is the book at the bottom of the stack? I'm always searching for new books.

You have the best lighting in your schoolhouse.

What a charming vignette! Fitzwilliam is the perfect accent, as he seems to be aware. One has to wonder who came up with the idea of making a china sock monkey? So whimsical!

Blessings,
Shannon

Melissa, not our anniversary--Bella just brought the roses home as a sweet gift!

Farrah, that's Edith Schaeffer's The Tapestry which I'm re-reading.

I hope heaven is a lot like your home. It always makes me smile inside.
