FW is very well, but he is horrified at the current situation, though this kitten is shut up in the bathroom unless we're playing with her. He's so upset that he bit me twice yesterday.
The first time I've ever had trouble believing what you say to be true:) Wish we could have her. We waited years for a kitty. We adopted one from a shelter in Feb., but she has been perpetually unwell. I'm afraid of what her lifespan will be, and how it will break our hearts if she doesn't live long.
@Anna: Glad to hear he is doing well, I was worried about him. But I suspected he might not be thrilled about the kitten. Our current rescue cat came with a "definitely no kittens around her" instruction.;)
@Wendi: Take heart. Shelter cats are often fighters once they have finally found a good home and are feeling loved. I once adopted a ten-year old cat with a heart defect and a multitude of other health problems. I constantly felt that we were living on borrowed time but she lived to be eighteen and we're all still grateful for the time we did have with her.
I have been looking for a female tabby , since I had to have my girl put to sleep last year, but I think Ilive to far from you:( knittysunflower@gmail.com

Aww! How do you say no to that sweet little face? I don't think I could (which is why/how we've acquired most of our pets!) Be strong, Mom!
