Carrots and a Beet


Daisy pulled a few vegetables out of the ground tonight. Everything is itty-bitty (I planted round carrots), but picture-perfect and very sweet.

    Itty bitty will be sweet and tasty. Wish I had put in a garden this year, but in the midst of a house cleaning purge!

    My co-worker today gave me four little bitty turnips from her CSA - her husband doesn't like them. I want to find out the best thing to do with these.
