Pink Roses in the Kitchen

A day of mercy for me as my five-day back spasm subsided and now I can get up from a chair by myself.

Also, at one point this afternoon I realized we were maxing out on Millennial employment--Nick from across the road was building bookshelves upstairs, Clara was working for the law firm in the living room, Daisy's clarinet teacher was giving her weekly lesson, and up in the studio the Composer was getting graphic design input from Giles' friend Alejandro. An economic hotspot, that's what.

That sounds very painful. Glad it's subsiding.

Back pain is truly the worst, and I'm glad yours is done!

It warms my heart to hear of all of these gainfully-employed millennials!

Oh Anna, back pain is the pits, I hope you are feeling much much better very soon.

Doesn't the stained glass window look stunning behind those beautiful roses.

Bless your heart . . . I have been in your shoes with your back, mine often happens in the spring when I go from a cozy laid back winter to a grab the shovel and hoe and head to the garden. It is easy to over do it when thinking of spring. I do wish you a very speed recovery.
Connie :)
P.S. Those roses are beautiful :)

I'm glad that spasm has eased. Back pain really slows me down mentally as well as physically. Pilates has helped enormously especially as I often have not so little grand daughter on one hip now.

God Bless you, I know what a relief it is when one of those week long spasms finally lets go and you can stand-up straight again! Everyone else's comments are so encouraging to me too, just to know others understand.

I am knitting a baby blanket from yarn the color of your roses for a Burmese couple in our church who are expecting in March. I had a hard time finding just the right shell peach pink, so I am knitting two sport weight strands of yarn, Bernat "Soft Peach" and Patons "Precious Pink". It is a nice reprieve from the plethora of baby pinks out there.

I'm glad you're feeling better.

God bless!

Honestly, our kiddos need more people to offer them jobs. Good for you!

I hope your back is all back to normal by now. :)
