4th of July with Friends
Actually, it was the 3rd, and on the 4th we stayed home and invited a different set of friends here.
Both days included homemade ice cream. Chocolate, and also raspberry.
Both days we dodged the very welcome rain, which showed up before but cleared off for evening.
I'm honored to be going to the same party I've been attending for over thirty years. Continuity! I know how rare that is.
May it carry on.

Oh, look at that sun-porch/room with it's row of windows! Yes, very nice to look forward to being with the same set of people for the past 30 years.
