Last night I finished sewing together this knitted bear from Debbie Bliss's
Simply Baby book. The sad fact is, I finished Clara's cardigan and felt compelled to start another knitting project before I had any new yarn, so he is a product of my compulsion crossed with my leftovers.
Because generally, I don't make little animals, and the Composer was laughing at me!
He's wonderfully squishy, and is currently taking turns sleeping around in children's beds.
Very cute and very sweet that the children are taking turns.
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely little bear.
ReplyDeleteOh,very cute. And such a good way to use up leftover yarn!
ReplyDeleteHe looks like a comfortable old fellow.
ReplyDeleteHe is adorable!
ReplyDeleteSo precious! How cute that the kids are sharing him, and I bet the Composer is charmed!
ReplyDeleteHe is beautiful. :)
ReplyDeleteAnna,
ReplyDeleteCan I email you? I would really like to learn from you how to fit in so much beauty into a day! I think I'm missing a vital gene for being a homeschool mom of 4. I want so much to have time to knit, to read, to try new recipes but struggle so much! Help! How do you fit it all in? I don't want to take up your whole comments page, so if it's better I'd love to email. My email is 6dickersons@bellsouth.net
In Christ,
Betty
I love it! How long did it take you to complete?
ReplyDeleteHe's cute; but I totally enjoyed the fact that you gave your husband a chuckle!
