A Second Smock for Daisy

I just couldn't help myself, and I had the skirt of a sundress the big girls had outgrown. The fabric looks just like a 30's feedsack reprint, but it came from Wal-Mart a few years ago.

  1. Daisy is so very blessed! I made an apron for our daughter and she has worn it 3 days in a row - I should make her a second for 'wash day'!
I love the smock idea and will try to come up with something like it before homeschool art class next week - they have such a good time, but clothing invariably gets stained with ink, paint or some mysterious substance!
I was eyeing the 1930's fabrics in the Keepsake Quilting catalogue last week ... I'll have to check our local stores first and see if I can't find something 'feedsack-ish'!

  2. What about for a boy??? Is there such a thing as a boy's smock?? Would I be silly to try to make one for my 3 year old to paint and cook with me??

BTW....what is that crazy colour on the walls??? I love it!!! It's really bright!
