So pretty, Anna. I like to put these on my kitchen table in the spring. I checked out the Hancock's, here and was pleasantly surprised. I found several prints for aprons. Thanks for the tip!
Oh! Those couldn't be your own daffodils already?!?! Ours are still buried under snow! This is my first year in my new home, and I haven't seen it in the spring, but my neighbor tells me that my front garden is, "a sight to behold" at Easter. I'm so excited to see what pops out of the ground! :)
Your photographs are always SO beautiful! I love daffodils. Ours actually came up about a month ago and they're looking a little sad now. We've had a very mild winter here. Have a wonderful day.
I love daffodils! They are one of my favorite flowers. I have some bulbs that were on my grandmother's farm for 50 years, my mother's house, moved with me to Nashville, and back to Ohio. Whenever we sell a house, I put into the contract that I am taking the daffodils. I get so happy when I see them come up every year. Of course, we have a few more months before we'll see ours;)
These are our daffodils, which are just beginning to open. We have thousands lining the driveway and they look like they'll peak in about two weeks. My parents planted them thirty years ago with bulbs they scavenged from old homesteads in pastures on this mountain--I remember doing quite a bit of hard labor on that project!

ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely picture! Are they your own home-grown daffodils?

ReplyDeleteWe don't have daffodils yet, but we should soon, sometime next month!
