"When people insist on perfection or nothing, they get nothing."
I ordered this book for my birthday a month or so ago and have not yet delved into it. But how true is this? I need to paint it on my wall....
Is this a comment on the email I sent you last week? :-)
My favorite quote of Edith's and words I (try) to live by. :)
How true!
Hi Anna; Perfection this side of heaven is an illusion that some strive for...I have learned that I need to release my desire for perfection and instead strive for what is pleasing to Him. We have a court date in Ethiopia...would you pray with us?Kimmiemama to 6one homemade and 5 adopted
Very good reminder to all mommies and homemakers like me!
I always try to remind myself: Something is better than nothing.
I think we "girls" are harder on ourselves in this area than on anyone else. It's a very wise quote. Thank you Anna.
Ah, now that's a good quote. I think I need to frame it and hang it on my wall.
Very True.
