Roses to Sigh For

"I'm soooo jealous of your roses," Daisy has been sighing all week. Even though she has her own "cardenias."

  1. I'm so jealous of your roses, too!
    They are beautiful.
And tell Daisy I am jealous of her "cardenias" too! Nothing blooming here yet except store bought primroses and pansies!(But they are bright and cheery.)

  5. Anna,
Are those roses really from your garden? Or were they bought? I am amazed thinking that you have roses from your garden. I am thrilled just to see that my daffodils are up a couple inches(and that I can see them because the snow is gone).

  6. They are exquisite. I wish I could find a way to make them last longer when they are cut. It is so sad to see them begin to droop after only a few days.
I'm a bit jealous of Daisy's cardenias. They smell so delicious.

  7. Those are gorgeous! I'm mainly jealous that you can HAVE roses at this time of year. We probably won't see any until May.

  10. oh I LOVE when little ones use such adult expressions! My little girl is currently calling everything "cute."
I hope your roses have a scent in addition to their lovely color. . .
