That first photo is terrific - and her outfit is great! Why, oh why don't they sell those fancy leggings for grown-up girls? I'd buy them in a flash!!! I was at a museum recently, and one of the young women working in the gift shop was wearing fancy tights - I asked where she got them. She said Target, but they were from the girls' department, and she could barely get them on!
Yes, we decorate! Although it's so beautiful plain.
The follow-up to this scene is that Daisy came upon the handsaw laid down on the floor by the workshop, pretty much out of the way. "Oh, this could hurt me!" she exclaimed, before moving it off the floor onto the bar stool, right at eye level, in the middle of the kitchen.
Daisy's outfit is so fun and cute! I love her expressions towards the Composer. Does she call him Papa or Dad?
ReplyDeleteOh, I love her hat and mittens! And those striped leggings. And the second photo is one of the sweetest things I've seen in a while.
ReplyDeleteSome of my best childhood memories, going to buy the Christmas tree. One's memories are bound to smells and those trees gave off a wonderful odour.
ReplyDeleteADORABLE shot of her looking up at her papa!

Anyway, I'm glad you have your tree. :)
So precious. Reminds me of "tree hunting" with my Daddy.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love my memories of hunting for the perfect tree, and those giant colored lights woven around the trunk!
ReplyDeleteAnd its right out of the woods. What a nice family tradition.
