A Chambray Dress for Daisy
Sewn for Daisy earlier this summer out of a very light, silky chambray. I don't have a go-to pattern for her at the moment so this is very much a mishmash of various elements to get the pleated skirt and the semi-Peter Pan collar I envisioned.
She's grown so tall!
ReplyDeleteShe has gotten tall! What a sweetie ! Christina
ReplyDeleteVery nice dress. Looks good for twirling. Any photos like that.
ReplyDeleteGoodness ~ she has gone and grown up!
ReplyDeleteThis is a lovely dress for a pretty girl. (MD)
ReplyDeleteShe seems very happy with it. I love things that button down the back - they have such charm.

Lovely!
ReplyDeleteLove the buttons down the back. Have you considered putting one/two/three buttons between the collars as decoration? But I am button crazy :)
It's very sweet. The chambray is probably very cool in the Southern heat.
ReplyDeleteThat turned out really cute. Has a sweet vintage look to it ~Great job!! Heather
