Oh, yuuuummmmm! I get excited just thinking about sweet corn season!! For us up here, it's not usually ready until mid-July/early August. But when it IS ready, we eat corn. LOTS of corn! =)

Your blog has inspired me to blog, start sewing and embroidering again for my girls, and more importantly to see again the miraculous beauty in the everyday ordinary after a trying year. I am also a "sometime attorney" and find it supportive to know there are more of us who choose the calling of wife and mother over career. We are in the thick of corn here as well.
