Look Who Has a Bob

I'll let you guess while I step away--off to Seattle for my grandfather's funeral. He was a wonderful man who lived a long and full life, riding his bike to visit "the elderly" when he was in his late eighties.

I'm travelling with three of my many brothers, which will be a treat. See you on Monday.

My sympathy and prayers for you, Anna, and your family on the loss of your grandfather. He sounds like a remarkable man - whose genes definitely passed on to you. Have a safe trip - we look forward to your return. And please let Miss Daisy knw that new hairdo is most becoming. The bob is my favorite hairdo for all ages!

I like how your grandfather kept moving even in old age. It reminds me of those people in their 70s or 80s that you see participate in 5ks or marathons. Their perseverance is inspiring.

On another note, the bob looks nice! My mom always kept our hair short when we were young, for practical purposes.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss Anna. I hope this time with your family is a special time to celebrate the unique part your grandfather played in each of your lives, and who he was to each of you.

Daisy. All of a sudden she seems so much more grown up. And still gorgeously innocent.

So cute! My 9 year old always feels the need to chop off her hair around this time of year. I'm waiting for her to tell me it's time... I love short cuts on little girls!

NO way! There comes a time in every girls life when you just have to have a bob. It's so liberating isn't it? Well done, she looks gorgeous, but she did before:) The time will be coming for my daughter to have a bob cut soon, but I haven't gotten there yet!
