The only things I see for sale are the painting books and the teal linen apron. Are the other things selling so fast that they are gone instantly?

Anna's items are always popular. You have to time it just right! Never, ever say "I will buy that in five minutes" otherwise you will constantly be thinking about outfits you own that would have looked awesome with Clara's beret.
Of course, the apron's still in the shop and it's really cute :)
