The Running Plan

This running plan has been hanging on my fridge for sixteen weeks. I've run nearly every run on it.

I have faith in this plan. I did what it says, and it says I'm going to be able to run 26.2 miles, something I've never done before.

I'll let you know!

You can do it! I'm rooting for ya, Anna! You're doing something that I physically cannot do and I'm so proud of you! When you get to the beginning, think, I'm doing this because I can! I'm having my 5th surgery on my right ankle next Friday so running a marathon is truly a dream, but you can and you will do it! I have faith in ya.

My husband has one of those for a half marathon that he'll be running Saturday. The kids and I will be waiting at the finish line. I didn't need a training log for that!

Best of Luck. Aren't we blessed to be able to run?!

Hi Anna,
I'm a beginning runner and just started training for a 5K. I'm not as consistant with my training schedule as you are, but you inspired me to stick with it! I've run the last 2 days in a row!!

I'm anxiously waiting details!! I LOVE to run = ) If I can't be running, the next best thing is talking about running...or reading about running...or thinking about running...

I'm praying for you!!

Congratulations on finishing the marathon! That's so awesome. You inspired me to start running earlier this year - I am now running 5Ks.

Just found your blog through E Foss - lovely words and images - and I think we must have been separated at birth (mom of 6, ages 17 to 9 months, training for my 3rd 1/2 Marathon, gluten-free, working a bit as an estate planning attorney in my "spare" time)! All the best for your Marathon!
