Favorite Winter Lunch, for Now
A salad with whatever citrus is in the fruit bowl--today it was a clementine and a tiny blood orange--and few chopped Nicoise olives. And a side of homemade hummus and some crackers.
I was wondering what to do with the last few clementines! Very thin slices or small dice of red Anjou pears are great in salad too, especially with a sliver of good parmigiana and just a little Italian dressing.
That sounds delicious!
