Last Pitcher of Hydrangeas

The sweet part of the Venn diagram that catches the hydrangeas *and* the camellias.

So lovely!! We just left the earliest blooms of camellias behind in Charleston, but one pink one made it home with us and is living on the kitchen counter until it fades. Camellias don't flourish in our cold mountains...but the tradeoff is in the peonies.

Your pitcher is beautiful: summer meets winter.

Beautiful. We seem to have only white and pink hydrangeas in our part of the world. The blue are a novelty for me. And in that vase? Even better.
